From custom scales on a vintage blade to Full custom made Blades & Scales to your design.
All works from the initial forging & shaping of the blade blank, right through the heat treatment process to final shaping, polishing, fit & finish of scales of your choice are perfromed in house by DC Blades
Steel options include but are not limited to the following:
Carbon steel grades: 1075, 1084, 1095
Tool steel: O1 (SilverSteel), W2
All Custom works are Price on application
Full Custom made Razors Straight Razors
All Custom Blades are made from Quality bar stock.
Blanks are made by either hand forging or stock removal methods.
In house heat treatment of blanks
